I just got a backpack too. I saw a cord there and I was also confused. To use it is very easy. Try to put your hand through the gort that was provided at the side of the bag. There are two end. One end is the end where you would put your cord which is showing outside and the other one is the one for the power bank. Insert through the space given the end you would connect to the power bank. Let it pass through the black port at the side of the bag then pull through. Try to insert the other big end into the black space provided at the side of the bag by pushing it in and it will fit perfectly. Just try it. The end that is connected to the power bank will be inside while the port to insert your cord is showing at the side of your bag. I hope this is helpful.
I would like the producers of this USB port bag to publish or make a guide on how to install the USB port in the bag , because it’s confusing
I just bought a sunflower backpack for school and it has the portable charger on the side and I need help with it. I’ve tried looking at the examples and step 1 is connect the power bank with the port inside the backpack to then step 2 says connect the USB port outside with your phone and then step 3 stays open your power bank and start charging is that like in app if it is then which app is it called

I just bought a Nordace backpack and now try to understand it. The only way to find it out is a video, which is so quick, that it is impossible to follow it in realtime with the backpack on your knees.
At the moment I try to figure out where the charger is located inside the backpack. I guess there is a special place prepared for it, but I don’t find it.
I would welcome it to get a Manual or a link to it, to be able to follow the instructions step by step.
